I have been growing winter Kale in the greenhouse for three years. (Not perfected yet.)

This year it is all going to seed too quickly.

I planted seeds - 22 Oct. Transplanted - 6 Jan, and 4 Feb.

All is going to seed. Was it from seeding date or transplant date?

Answer: It was most likely the temperature outdoors after you transplanted the kale plants. They are a cool-weather crop, and will grow quickly, bolt, and go to seed when the weather is too warm.
